The Problem
A number of breaches of CASS regulation had occurred over the past year, mainly as a result of issues with the current legal department processes and systems.
What We Did
We conducted a review with key users involved in the current processes, as well as downstream CASS consumers requiring various contractual terms. Coupled with an in-depth analysis with key stakeholders into the identified breaches, we provided a current state analysis and desired target state, with a number of possible alternative delivery options for senior management consideration. The client rolled out many of these recommendations in Q3/4 2017.
