The Candidate
We are currently looking to expand our team by adding an additional Senior Capital Markets Legal Consultant. The role will be for an initial 6 – 12 months day rate, with the potential for it to extend thereafter.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- In depth knowledge of derivatives, structured financial products, and its documentation. Including ISDA Master agreements, CSA’s, Prime brokerage Agreements, Stock lending, Repo and CCP agreements
- Sound FCA regulatory knowledge – experience conducting regulatory due diligence in respect to (EMIR, Dodd-Franks, and Basel III) rules
- Successful candidates should come from an in-house tier 1 investment bank background, or a Magic Circle / Silver Circle Law Firm
