The Problem
A Tier 1 investment bank identified the need to invest in enhancing contract data capabilities but needed a more solid roadmap and business case to gain broad internal support.
What We Did
We provided subject matter expertise to facilitate and manage the creation of a strategic roadmap demonstrating the value across legal, treasury, credit, counterparty risk, collateral and operations in particular. The result? A major programme was initiated in 2012 for the institution to meet its target state in 2016.
