Who we are
D2 Consulting provides strategic legaltech, AI and data advisory services globally, as the consulting arm of award-winning firm D2 Legal Technology. We are technology-agnostic and do not have our own software, but we advise and assist our clients on their use of technology in legal teams and other functions. We understand and embrace the business value of legal agreement data, and work closely with financial services firms and other clients so they can become enablers of business optimization and legal change. Knowing the existing vendors, platforms and technologies in the market, we are able to advise our clients on vendor selection and how to optimise their use of technology, manage their contracts, minimize risk, and comply with regulatory requirements.
