What We Did
Strategic advice in the design of business and systems architecture to set out specific strategic initiatives for driving improvement in agreement data management – the aim was that these should be
- practical (in terms of challenge, resource and investment demand);
- value-generating; and
- designed to prove capability and concepts that can be extended and scaled into the long term strategic TOM.
