The Problem
The traditional Excel approach for storing contract data did not facilitate its reuse, CVA and Collateral Management found they would need to run unwieldy and costly duplicative data extract processes to meet their needs.
What We Did
We ran workshops to develop new processes and a richer data model that make the extracts usable and accessible for risk management and CVA purposes. We followed this through by supporting the client through to a successful implementation.
